§ 11.02. RESOLUTIONS.

Latest version.

All legislative action taken by the County Council which will not, or is not intended to, become law or operative for the government of the county, but is intended to be and will be merely an expression of the County Council’s opinion, an alteration of its rules, a regulation of its internal proceedings or affairs, or an expression of gratitude, congratulations or censure, shall be designated a “resolution” on the face thereof.
