§ 34.35. PROSECUTOR IV-D INCENTIVE FUND.

(A) The Prosecutor IV-D Incentive Fund is established. The St. Joseph County Auditor is authorized to take all appropriate steps to create the Fund, to assign a number to said Fund, and to budget and account for the same in accordance with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing such funds.
(B) Expenditures of monies from this Fund shall first be approved by the County Council and the Board of Commissioners.
(C) Monies from the Prosecutor IV-D Incentive Fund shall not revert to the County General Fund. Such monies shall be used solely for the purposes for which they were received and all procedures shall comply with any applicable provisions of I.C.31-25-4-23, as it may be amended from time to time.
