§ 111.52. NO LEGALIZATION OF DEALING IN PARAPHERNALIA.

This chapter shall not be construed, and is not intended, as legalizing “dealing in paraphernalia” as defined by applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Indiana, and this subchapter is declared to be subordinate to those laws so long as they continue in full force and effect.
