The application shall be upon forms provided by the County Auditor and shall specify the time, date and place at which the circus, carnival, sideshow, street fair or similar performance or display will be held and the number of sideshows to be included therein, and shall be accompanied by an application fee for the first day of the performance or display and a fee for each additional day thereafter, as set forth in the Appendix: Schedule of Fines and Fees.
