§ 150.46. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING CONTRACTOR. Anyone engaging for remuneration in the building construction business of new construction, repair, alteration or remodeling for which a building permit is required.
HANDYMAN. Any person providing for a fee, repair or maintenance services for a fee which would not require a building permit under the Building Code of St. Joseph County. A HANDYMAN is exempt from the provisions of this subchapter.
