§ 151.53. REGISTRATION.

(A) All excavators (as defined in § 151.50), sewer cleaners and plumbing contractors shall be registered with the county.
(1) Registration fees shall be as set forth in the Appendix: Schedule of Fines and Fees.
(2) Registration shall be for a term of one year beginning on January 1.
(B) Lawn sprinkler contractors, water softener contractors, and fire protection sprinkler contractors shall comply with §§ 150.45 through 150.54.
