§ 151.67. ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

For purposes of this subchapter and I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., adopted hereby, the phrase ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY shall mean the St. Joseph County Building Commissioner.
