§ 152.10. SUBCONTRACTOR’S COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.

  • (A) When railroad protective insurance is required, and any part of the work is subject, the contractor shall obtain from the subcontractor a certificate of insurance as evidence that the subcontractor has obtained comprehensive general liability insurance as required above, with the following exceptions:
    (1) The limits need not be as set out above, but must be commensurate with the work involved; and
    (2) The coverages need not include those stated in the last sentence of the above requirements.
    (B) The contractor shall maintain in his or her files, as a part of the subcontract agreement, the above certificate of insurance, and it shall be made available for inspection by the Commission upon request.
